By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

• All orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
• Standard processing time: 1–7 business days.
• Personalized items: May require an additional 1–3 business days.
• Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Time & Fees

Shipping fees and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

United States

• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
• Fast Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

• Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days
• Fast Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays, shipping may require an additional 5–10 business days.
• Final delivery is handled by the local postal carrier in the destination country.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for customs-related delays.

4. Delivery Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal of delivery
• Absence at delivery time
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Once tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

5. Address Changes

• Shipping addresses may only be updated within 6 hours of placing the order.
• After production begins, address changes are not permitted.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Carrier-related issues
• Weather disruptions
• Customs inspections
• Force majeure events beyond our control
